During the transition to our new websites, user accounts were moved over to the new sites, but passwords were not, leaving users with user accounts but no passwords. We appreciate your patience as we work through these and other issues with the site.

If you’re in this situation and are looking to login for the first time, here’s some options to help you.

First, find the Sign In button on the site. It may look like this:

When you click on it, you should receive a window that looks like this:

The above is the default Sign In window. From this window, you should be able to enter your previously registered email address and press the Send authentication code button.

This will email you a one time use code to login to the site. Don’t close the window while you’re waiting for the code as it will need to be entered in the window when you get it.

Once you receive the code and enter it into the window, you can then navigate to your user profile and add a password to your account.

If it doesn’t look like the above window, it will look like this:

From this window, you can use the Lost your password? link. This will take you to a screen that looks like this:

From this window, you can enter your email address and the site will send you a password reset email link. Using this link, you should be able to reset your password. This will then allow you to login using that password.

If, by chance, you enter your email address and the window gives you a message like this:

The above means the address you’re using is not registered on the site you’re trying to login to. Previously, all accounts were available across all sites. With the new sites, this is not yet active and we’re working with our vendor to get this fixed. In the meantime, if you’re getting the message that your email is not in the system, then the only option is to create a new account.

However, if you’re a paid member, please use the form below to let us know and we’ll see if we can find your account and get your account set up properly for login.
